If you are looking for a place that will give you expert vehicle repairs along with great customer service, then you have come to the right place. We are a locally owned National Franchise. Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care has been in Waldorf since 1988. We have owned this location since 2008. Our current location is a 9 bay shop and we employ one Transmission Rebuilder, 5 General Repair Technicians, Service Writer and Bill, our General Manager. Ken, the owner, is actively involved in the day to day operations. His wife, Cara, the Financial Officer, helps customers with financing, and does outside sales We employ ASE Certified Technicians that continue to receive the latest training to allow them to keep up with the latest transmission, auto repair, and vehicle technologies to assure we provide a superior level of auto repair service. We abide by Cottman’s complete service philosophy, which call for your vehicle to be repaired properly the first time, so that you don’t have to lose either time or money. We will never suggest any repairs that you do not need. Over the years, we have won several awards through our National Franchisor, including our most recent: 2016 Outstanding Customer Service Award.
